The Chemical Department of the Company works on the development of the new materials and technologies to boost the performance of the fuel cell stack, what will extend the range of future applications.

The successful candidate will be engaged into hand-on laboratory work with corrosion protection coatings (formulation, application and testing); development and implementation of the best practices for the efficiency of the laboratory processes; any other activities what can utilize your expertise for the better product and laboratory. Assignment will have a best fit for those who is specialized in electro-chemistry and polymer chemistry.
We’re looking for hands and brains, having a good command of work in chemical laboratory, demonstrating knowledge of chemistry, possessing an interest in problem solving and statistical techniques, and willing to develop their own potential within the business.

Key Responsibilities / Duties / Accountabilities
run the laboratory experiments – formulate materials, prepare samples, setup and conduct testing, document the results
analyse results and propose further steps in laboratory activities to enhance the quality of decisions on the technical programs evolution
operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
control materials and initiate the purchasing requests
search and analyse the information relevant to the development programs
organize and keep the laboratory space clean and safe for the operation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
chemistry and experience of work in chemical laboratory
good organisational skills in managing their own workload
competent level of IT Literacy (particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

The Systems And Software Engineering Team is responsible for development of electric propulsion systems and its integration with customer aircraft. This includes development of Aircraft level requirements with our customers, flow down of requirements to Fuel Cell System Level, further requirement definition and decomposition to lower level Fuel Cell sub-systems (Hydrogen Supply, Reactant Air supply, Temperature Control) and the all mighty Fuel Cell Control Unit which hosts the control logic software for closed loop safe operation of the Fuel Cell System.
Control System Engineer is responsible for analysing customer requirements, defining system and sub-systems requirements and software development of control logic.
developing and documenting fuel cell system requirements, including interface, performance and regulatory (where applicable) requirements
develop software Design Models based on Model Based approach (using Simulink and Stateflow)
develop associated code (autogenerated form design models) following strict project coding guidelines and process requirements
develop, execute, and analyze unit tests verifying satisfaction of requirements, proper implementation of interfaces, and code coverage
work with other subsystems to ensure proper integration of subsystem code into the functional design, as required
produce software documentation, operational and troubleshooting manuals
provide engineering checks of data produced by peer groups or other project participants
interface with customers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
maintaining Test Rig GUI software
at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Control systems Engineering or equivalent
five years of software engineering with 3 years of recent real-time embedded flight software experience
recent background in flight software development with specific recent experience in the following languages and operating systems: C/C++ (proficient), Linux, FreeRTOS
recent experience with inter-process communication (IPC) mechanisms
advanced knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques in developing, modifying, debugging, releasing, and maintaining real-time and embedded software systems for mission-critical aerospace applications
experience debugging software/hardware interactions and possible failure modes
recent experience with device driver development and software/hardware interfaces for both custom and commercial hardware
experience in the certification of embedded software for avionics equipment according to DO-178
experience working with Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, QT for GUI development, GitLab including Continuous Integration

functions. This role spreads across design, development and verification activities and
interfaces with Systems Engineering, Controls Software and Electronics Hardware development
activities. Initially the role involves development of test environment and interactions with
Product Development team to understand the performance requirements of Fuel Cells and associated
sub-systems. You will work with Electrical and Mechanical engineers in developing documentation
and drawings required for test rig, followed by an opportunity to work hands on in design and
development of the test rig and Fuel Cell Systems.

have relevant experience with (or exposure to) hands on building & designing test rigs, including a good understanding of Electrical interfaces of a power generating system, and well as appreciation of electronic components required in measurement and control.

Process engineer (Hydrogen PEMFC based power systems production)
